Clean and easy to find. Close to lots of restaurants and to station. Favorite part was the wifi - each room had its own login, which was great for work. Also strong wifi. Free tea and coffee 11 PM - 6 PM. Bed was quite comfy, and all amenities you can think of were supplied (or downstairs at reception). Loved that the room lighting could all be controlled from the bed. Would definitely stay again!

The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, really very accommodating. The hotel was clean, stylish and is also very well located (in Motomachi Shopping street, next to Harborland and a train station with connections to Osaka and Kyoto).

Great location, right in the centre, close to the train station. The room had a smart TV with streaming services. The restaurant had free drink service every day, even if you didn't have breakfast there.

Convenient location to the main shops road. relatively close by to many good kobe beef restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free coffee and chocolate was drinks was a nice addition. Also has a Toyota 2000GT displayed at this hotel, which was interesting to see.

The room is spacious enough for us to move around. The hotel location is very convenient. It’s near everywhere!

Check in Reception was pleasant & friendly. Room decent enough. Aircond very good. TV huge! Bathroom tiny. WC very good. Breakfast good. Curtains excellent. Maid service impeccable.

It is our 2nd time checking in on this place! The location is so perfect for us who loved chinese food the hotel is so near kobe chinatown.
